Lawrence D Benson – Hamburg High School

Of Hamburg, NY October 31, 2002; beloved son of Alice and the late Harold Benson; devoted father of Tara (Gregory) Dibble; dearest brother of Lois (Joseph ‘Ernie’) Blackwell and Loyd (Karen) Benson. Also survived by four grandchildren, three nieces and two great nieces. Funeral from the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME INC., 21 Pierce Ave., Hamburg Monday at 12 noon. Friends invited. Larry was a life member of DAV Chapter 135, and member of VFW Herbert Shero Post 517 and American Legion Post 527.
